  June 29, 2022 - One of the top tastings of the trip. Incredible history, vineyard sites, knowledge- all patiently explained to a recent convert (me) of how damn good excellent Piedmont wines can be. With no investor the family strives to do what’s best- for each vineyard site and corresponding wine every vintage. If it’s an incredible bountiful vintage they may make 8,000 bottles however in a poor vintage they may declassify, sell bulk juice or by producing only the best possible, produce 2,000 (callout- illustrative purposes only and not suggesting other producers may not follow same). Highly recommended.

  January 22, 2022 - Not as much depth as the 16 but still very fine wine. Less oak in this bottle

  June 1, 2021 - Very nice Burgundy-style chard, clean with good orchard and pit fruit, some nice reduction, well-made tasty white. Italian Whites aperitivo. This wine won with the most votes
