August 21, 2021 - Lemon blossom and white flowers on the nose. Pithy citrus, underripe peach and salty stones. Lots of acid but still pretty and balanced. Loved it.

June 6, 2020 - Pale straw. Nose slightly reductive upon opening which blew off, then cinnamon applesauce, lemon, quince, lemon chiffon, peach, and white flowers. Racy and delightful palate of lime and lemon. High acid, 12.5% ABV, light body, medium finish. Paired deliciously with Parrano aged gouda and smoked cheddar as well as with Garlic Butter Steelhead Trout.
100% Picpoul, Los Oidos Vineyard, aged in stainless steel for 4 months. 370 cases. -
