June 6, 2020 - Pale salmon with amber hues, this wine is neither fined nor filtered. Drinks like a Vesper martini – a dry & dirty one. 😊
I struggled to get the nose of grapefruit & lime – it really fights you. However, the palate delivers the KO punch – ripe kiwi, bananas & grapefruit…slightly bitter? – but loads of mouth-watering acid. Finish is perfect off-dry, salty & short.
