March 23, 2023 - Vintage after vintage, a very good white wine. It is dry, but floral and spicy and is a great pairing with Asian, ham, turkey or just poolside on a hot day (if that ever comes around). Great wine to take a break from Chard, Sauv Blanc, etc. Dry, but not austere. Yet enough acidity for food pairing.

November 15, 2022 - same as 3/19/22. Consistenly good version of this varietal year after year. Acidity make it pair well with Asian fare.

April 10, 2022 - True to the label, this is a dry Gewurz. Crisp and clear, almost sparkling in color. Nose is very dry with hints of citrus, similar to a Sauvignon Blanc. However, the palate is fairly bland with low to moderate acid. it does not make me salivate due to the lower acidity. Few flavors on the palate and minimal sweetness. Brief finish, no tannins. Better if very cold.

March 19, 2022 - This is one of the consistently good widely-available Gewurz's on the market. That said, this vintage seemed a little lighter and maybe not as much acidity, but the notes indicating this best be paired with food (such as Asian, turkey or ham) is a good assessment. Drink now, not a "Hold".
I don't get the "66" rating from one of the prior notes as that means "Avoid"/pour down the drain. Have been buying this wine for decades and have never had a bottle of this specific wine that would merit that and it supresses the overall score unfairly.

May 16, 2020 - Must drink with food. Otherwise it is too sweet for me. Had with clams and mussels. Needs more acidity. Food cut through sweetness and it was enjoyable.
