February 26, 2024 - So elegant 1 hour after opening that with my first taste I forgot what bottle I had opened. Certainly I didn’t open a Pinot Noir for Enchiladas?!?!
With more time in glass, this becomes a little more structured, but no less beautiful. The comparisons to
