October 13, 2021 - Third bottle, Light to medium red, aroma of sweet berries, fruity, smooth, light body, ends with a hint of spice and a bit of tart cherry taste on the palate.
July 17, 2021 - Second bottle, aerate and let it sit but this wine did not quite open up. Slight bitter after taste, very simple and no complexity.
May 2, 2021 - This red is a versatile blend that pairs well with many different dishes. Best pairing is pork chops or spicy pasta dish
March 3, 2021 - Aerate first, easy drinking, a slightly spicy after taste, nothing spectacular just a regular every day drinking.
Second day, no noticeable change, a little less spicy and still smooth.
November 3, 2020 - Soft on the palette, alcohol on the nose. Needs a minimum of 30min in decanter. Dark fruit and chocolate. Easy everyday wine, ready to drink. Nice pepper on the mid palette
