April 21, 2024 - Nice nose, yellow fruit, sea breeze, a touch of volcanic rock. The palate has more flesh than in my previous experience, nicely balanced, long.
April 13, 2024 - Medium gold with an orange sheen. Fresh citrus, floral and tropical aromas with a pronounced marine note overlaying it all. Medium-bodied, almost viscous through the mid-palate with a saline, oyster shell, and mineral finish. Well-judged acidity. This was a match made in heaven with raw oysters on the half-shell, seared scallops and prawns. I really enjoyed this bottle and will not hesitate to buy again.
February 11, 2024 - Medium gold color
Medium aromas of light unripe apple/pear but dominated by mineral aspects of petrol/ dry rocks/ smoke and saline
Medium bodied with palate of ripe lemon/ unripe stone fruit with dry herbs and almost a hoppy character - loads of dry minerality on the finish
Medium plus acidity and medium alcohol with mild phenolics
Nice finish led by laser like minerality and acidity
Really nice wine and drinking very well now - maybe 3-5 yrs in cellar may give this wine even more character

July 30, 2023 - Sans note, beaucoup de texture & de structure dans ce vin. On dirait des raisons que l'on a écrasé sur de la roche. Bonne salinité. Fort agréable!
March 11, 2023 - Pnp. Comes to life on the third glass. Salt dominates at first. Salty spices continues on the nose. The adic palate takes over as the protagonist with rubarb and peppery citrus
March 10, 2023 - Initially reductive nose that led some people to think this was a white Burgundy or Chablis (I served it blind). Medium-dark gold/copper colour gives the impression of more age on the wine than there is. Nose of lanolin, honeycomb, bruised apple, preserved lemon, sea spray. Medium-full bodied with fantastic acidity - I really love the texture of this wine. Showing slight oxidation on the salty palate through to a moderate-length finish. I really enjoyed this wine and look forward to seeing how it develops further over the next couple years.

October 28, 2022 - Not sure if pre-mox got this one. Color was oddly rich and somewhat orange.
Rubber sneakers, salty sea air, some yellow apples.
Tastes like the nose. High acidity. Medium plus finish. Some citrus notes on the back end.
A very interesting wine. Tasting notes were similar to almost two years ago, but the color was odd. I have some 2019s I will be opening in the coming years. Will be interesting to see how those show.
