April 17, 2021 - PnP and had with Flank steak. Light tart sour cherry. Really quite tasty. It really showed its pedigree when a lesser bottle was opened after his was finished. This was really good and I will buy future vintages

July 19, 2020 - PnP. Tasted this at room temp--and it was very good. No doubt it could spend 15 or 20 minutes in fridge and even be better. Rich, red-violet color. Nose of tart cherry, strawberry, red plum. Medium saturation. Lip-smacking. Bright acidity. Add mint to palate. Medium length. Gained weight and depth with air. Held up well on day two. Delicious solo, and with food. 12.8% abv. Ten barrels made. QPR. D/H.

June 12, 2020 - Decanted about 30 minutes, was looking for a somewhat light red, and the 12.8 abv enticed me. Delivered as promised, fairly light to mid bodied, red fruit, sour cherry profile. Went well enough with my Filet Mignon, though probably not the wine for a more fattier cut of steak. Easy to drink and fairly tasty. Mrs. Coupe also thought it quite good.

May 30, 2020 - Awful, sour wine with no redeeming quality for my taste buds. Wish I could return the other 4 bottles.
