June 27, 2023 - Prior bottle was a bit over 18 months ago and this wine continues to show quite well. Pear and lemon on the nose along with chalk/earth as well as brighter, more floral notes. Medium bodied with white apple and pear upfront, moving to more rounded white apple as well as white peach (more distinct than prior bottle). Lemon, other citrus and tart notes as well as acidity provide solid structure and very good contrast. The wine continues to come together, but as the balance has improved, I'm not sure it will gain much in the way of additional complexity. Should continue to drink well over the next couple of years.

December 7, 2021 - Prior bottle was 13 months ago and this wine continues to show quite well. Lemon, pear and floral notes on the nose. Medium bodied with pear upfront, moving to tart apple and then more open apple through the middle. White peach showed up as the wine warmed, but more as a background note. Mid-body density continues to be a strength and when combined with the acidity, lemon and other citrus qualities on the backside, both the contrast between these elements led to a more complete wine. Even over the course of almost three hours, still felt like it was continuing to open up. Next bottle for me will be Fall 2022 and hopefully, this trend will continue.

January 13, 2021 - Decent intensity on the nose; minerally and lots of tree fruit, lemon. On palate, healthy dose of acidity gives structure to more stony minerality, apples, pears, and some petrol aspects developing already.

Good execution of classic NY Riesling; no surprises but very nice to drink. Could definitely age for a few more years, but drinking well now.

October 29, 2020 - Lemon, tart orange, floral and pear notes on the nose. Medium bodied (12% ABV) with soft white apple and lightly tart pear upfront with a ribbon of lemon running through them. Mid-body shows good density with additional apple and white peach as the dominant fruit notes and then acidity and tart citrus on the backside. The citrus is a combination of tart orange and softer lemon. Overall, this wine felt a bit more harmonious (especially given the young age) as compared to prior vintages. It didn't have the chalky quality that prior vintages showed and while it had plenty of acidity, it was more in balance with the fruit rather than contributing dry, even green notes. Quite impressed with the integration and harmony that this particular vintage shows. Next bottle for me will be Fall 2021.
