January 31, 2023 - 瓶醒二十分钟，中石榴红色，闻香有雪松，醋栗，黑李子，森林地表，石墨，泥土气息，些许皮革和野肉味，以及香草和辛香料味。入口酸度中高，酒液咸，矿物感明显，单宁紧涩，有些糊嘴，细砂纸颗粒，石墨混合着雪松气息，咸橄榄的口感，醋栗，草本，还有巧克力的香气，余味香草，奶油和法国橡木桶带来的木质香气。酒的结构不是很大，中等酒体，已经开始打开，但还没达到最佳状态。随着醒酒时间的增加，一两个小时后，橡木桶的融合更好，烤面包和香草味更加明显，入口强烈回甘，酒液更加香甜，集中度进一步提升，酒体感觉比开瓶时更加紧致，中后段香气和口感愈发饱满，是巧克力和面包的香味，后段还能捕捉到一些草本气息，在奶油面包和香草味中收尾，余韵悠长。非常经典的波尔多，香气复杂，风格严肃，细节精准。不是一个结构宏大的酒，但口感扎实饱满，前中后段衔接紧凑连贯，高水准之作，已经进入适饮巅峰期，以二三类香气为主导，单宁依然非常强劲，保存很好，没有任何老态，让我相信接下去的五到十年它还会有进一步的发展。

September 2, 2022 - Big Bottle Lunch: Very dry and very tight and tannic. Needs another decade to resolve itself. High quality fruit lurking in the background. Appreciate it being medium bodied proper claret instead of over extracted.
