June 12, 2023 - Restrained chardonnay from PM. I'm a big fan of this cuvée.
Fantastic acidity on the palate with notes of lemon, lime, salty minerality and a hint of spice. I don't believe this sees any oak but there's still some structure coming through! -

October 26, 2022 - Straw colour. Tropical fruits amd green melon on the nose with little to no oak. Mid weight with a lovely acidity giving is a very good length. Some floral notes on the palate. Nice wine.

Aromas of dairy and lemon peel
Saltiness on the palate and ripe/burnt lemon notes
