  March 21, 2022 - Terrific. Mature but not excessively so. Notes of honey, minerals and petrol, spicy and intense. The palate is still fresh with sensational acid cut and excellent length. This smells sweet, but doesn’t really taste sweet despite all the dry extract and body. Going strong, got one bottle left.

  June 13, 2018 - Popped and poured. Some signs of seepage.
  White fruit (peach, slight citrus), floral, good acidity. Nice sweetness. Really enjoyable

  July 18, 2015 - Tasted double blind. Greasy garage, diesel rags, peaches, apricots, cocktail bitters, grenadine, orange, butterscotch, lime & seltzer, crazy spiciness. Seems like Auslese level ripeness but not so sweet...maybe an older Auslese that has tempered some of the sugar with age. I strongly prefer my Riesling dry (or BA/TBA sweetness) but in this case the weirdness and complexity was so much that the sugar was almost an afterthought that didn't matter.
