  July 24, 2012 - Ugh, after the bottle last night, I thought I might as well get the last bottle of this out of the way. While not as far gone as the last one, this was oxidized as well with very little to make it even remotely drinkable.

  March 4, 2012 - So this is certainly showing some age, but I tend to like my Alsatian wines with a bit of age. This has become richer and decidedly more oily, almost riesling like. Color darker yet. Overall a nice wine, but I really need to finish these off soon.

  August 29, 2010 - Drank over two nights. Still doing very well. Has gained some color, though. Some stone fruit and, well, OK, I did not pay a whole lot of attention to this wine, I should not even be writing a note, but it seems that some people write notes just for the heck of it, and I want to be part of the crowd. I liked it and I have two more left, which does not make me sad. I'll get to them soon, though, I imagine.

  December 24, 2009 - Peach yogurt on the nose along white pepper, a touch of apricot and honey. Amost oily in texture, hint of bitterness on the finish. Light minerality.
  A little simple. All his other PB are much better.
