May 9, 2021 - Opaque ruby garnet. Nose of cassis, currant, beef blood, fennel, floral notes. Layers of currant, meaning elements, blaring red plum, and earth on the palate. Moderate acidity and smoothed tannins. Long finish of currant, blood, and grip. Half bottle.
