February 9, 2023 - Pale lemon green in the glass. Fresh nose showing tons of citrus juice and stone fruit. Bit of crushed rocks as well. Bright acidity, feels a tad lighter than Von der Fels, but nonetheless tasty af. Great balance between sweetness and acidity as well. Yum.
