January 4, 2022 - Last bottle of this in the cellar.....pnp an hour before dinner to an exquisitely floral and tangerine/pear nose. The nose faded after an hour. The palate initially was almost pure sav blanc but over an hour the chard component emerged just a little before the blanc took over again in hour 2. Loads of lemon and tropicals the 2nd hour. Nice acidity backing it all up. These can clearly evolve further and be kept longer if you have them.

February 2, 2021 - Solid 90. crisp white wine with honey, apricot and lavender on nose, medium acidity and body.
