February 24, 2023 - Some initial spritz, lemony acidity, butter from oak, dessicated tropical fruit (papaya, pineapple, mango), lemon peel, medium mouthfeel, more elegant than powerful. Would pair well with lighter dishes with chicken or veal.

March 23, 2022 - Some extra time in the bottle has made a marked improvement of this wine. A wine that needs food to come alive due to its subtle oak and rich flavour profile.

September 19, 2021 - Solid Chardonnay with just a hint of oak which makes this very food friendly. Somewhere between a Chablis and a full-on Cali Chard. Score could migrate up a point or two with some additional cellaring....
