October 1, 2022 - Served with grilled tenderloins and mushrooms with my fishing buddies in a vertical with 2019 MC Carm. This one was slightly better in that it was richer. A bit more pepper. And a bit silkier. Fruit shone thru as well. None of my friends had Moon Curser before. They were impressed! I was happy

July 18, 2021 - Served with friends along side BH Carm. This one is def a step behind. Not as righ and full as black hills. But we still enjoyed it. Including the pepper and plum/berry/earthiness

November 14, 2020 - Shared with friends over supper at the cabin. Chicken thighs smoked with Alabama white sauce. Loved the pepper but it’s def a bit young. Going to try holding off a while before cracking another bottle
