March 16, 2021 - Aroma of honeycomb. Apricot on the palate. Flavor and aroma are subtle, not much going on.

December 16, 2020 - Similar notes as before, Clear pale to medium copper in the glass (sim colour to Nichol P Gris). Aromas include Bright red fruits, predominantly raspberry, plus lemon curd? With a hint of a cranberry spritz. Taste is zesty, fresh with light herbaceous notes (Freshly cut grass?). Very dry, fresh light wine with a nice low alcohol 11.2%. Perfect sipper on a hot summer day!

September 20, 2020 - Pale salmon pink hue, aromas of strawberry kiwi and cream with palate is similar red fruit with some herbal characteristics. Dry, light body, med acidity, smooth med finish. Everything about this is balance. For sure in the top 3 rosés of the summer.
