June 21, 2022 - Medium expressive nose displaying ripe but fresh white fruit with a hint of yellow, pear, apple, a hint of lemon, honey and mineral. Medium concentrations, slightly muted white fruit, very ripe, medium acidity, medium mineral and a medium to short finish. The 18 whites all show very ripe fruit and a slight bitterness that clips the finish. This reminds me the 06 a bit. IMO, the 06s have improved so perhaps a few years of cellaring will help.

January 30, 2022 - Grei PnP.

October 28, 2021 - Not as crazy about this bottle on day 1.

After revisiting I think it must be a flawed or off bottle as it is very different than the prior bittle

August 22, 2021 - Light straw yellow. Quite anonymous upon opening, showing more after an hour in decanter with aromas of green apples, pears and a hint of lime. I don’t detect any oak. The taste is pleasant with medium body and concentration and medium acidity, and becomes more powerful and energetic with air time. Interesting how it evolves from light and almost dull to fuller, richer and more tasty with an almost creamy and nutty flavour profile. I believe this is a good bourgogne blanc that started at 86 and ends at 89.

August 7, 2021 - Tasted blind at Oinoscent, bottle brought by importer.

The wines shows medium intensity in the nose, a few flinty notes, ripe fresh citrus and lime. With some time in the glass, you also get floral notes, butter, beeswax and faint toast notes.
In the palate, the wine shows the same profile, toast, flint, more oak derived notes than the nose and nice acidity. Its quite upfront and straightforward, it lacks the concentration and depth of fruit that would place it on a higher quality level.
I'm calling it "fancy entry level Bourgogne".
    Its beautiful by the way
