April 2, 2020 - Drunk at Jack's in Hong Kong - Bottled straight from the barrel and completely unfiltered. As long as you can get your head around the cloudiness in the glass this is an extremely interesting wine. Upfront it gives you a sense of exaggerated maturity but again this is just the style. An acquired taste for sure but one that I would definitely like to acquire! Not easy given they made less than 300 bottles I believe.
