October 24, 2021 - I see this wine differently than described in the notes listed, including the professional tastings. This one is just approaching drinking window and has a long ways to go. Drank over three days and the wines improved every day. The nose is pure Sangiovese, violets and forest floor; focused. The palate is balanced with dark red fruit intensity, acidity and fine tannins. Long finish. This had another five years or more to reach prime. Wish I had more.

May 5, 2013 - Classical ready to drink brunello. Strong^ still fruity (plums, cherry) , tobacco, leather. Sweet tanins. Drink now-2020
