September 5, 2016 - A fine and very age-worthy blend of 66% Roussanne and 34% Bourboulenc. Medium (+) yellow in color, with some golden hues due to aging. The nose is clean, with aromas of white peaches, white flowers, lemon and honey. The nose is developed. The palate is dry, with medium to medium (+) acidity and high alcohol at 14.5%. It is remarkably well preserved but appears at the end of its optimal drinking window. Drink now.
February 10, 2013 - Chateauneuf Du Pape at The Orchard (The Orchard, Kennet Square, PA): Citrus, honeysuckle, nutty, butterscotch? Good acidity and ver long finish. Real interesting nose. Great start to the evening.
April 18, 2010 - Getting together with friends: Floral and honey notes on the nose. Crisp. Butterscotch on the finish. Very nice.
October 30, 2008 - La Strada Gary Rona -- Gorgeous nose of wet crushed stones, orange blossom, chamomile, honey, hazelnut and spearmint. Fresh and lively on the palate yet with a dense ripe fruit core. Oh the glory of white Rhones!

May 5, 2007 - Hospice du Rhone; 5/3/2007-5/6/2007 (Paso Robles, CA): Bright and light, fresh floral and citrus notes. I can smell the acidity. Almost a banana and pineapple thing going on, but not quite. On the palate, nice and clean, but slightly complex wine. Good acidity, with banana and white peach. Very good.
