January 16, 2024 - Everytime I open one of these I plan to drink it over 2 days, and everytime I empty the bottle in one night. I don't know what else to say, it's a brilliant bottle of wine.

January 14, 2024 - Super tasty. It had been open about an hour when I had it. Definitely rocks/cayuse inspired nose, savory, brine, meat. The palate popped with fruit, red most prominent but with underlying blue/darker fruit. Some herbs, licorice, more savory. Elegant as ever. Over the subsequent days this had more characteristics typifying Grenache. Garrigue, earthy tones. Not so tannic and balanced acid. A treat. I don’t think it’s a sin to drink this now by any means.

December 29, 2023 - Decanted for 2 hours but needed about 3 for the rocks funk to fade back and allow the grenache notes to come out and play. These are built to last.

October 17, 2023 - 90 min decant; Flavors consistent with prior note. A great wine that's always an enjoyable drink. Drink now - 2032.
