December 10, 2019 - Drinking exceptionally well. Could even have a couple more years to go. The nose is sweetly oaky, complex, forest and mushroom, maybe a tad slaughter house... But the flavors are red cab fruit, red currant and continued flavors of smoke and pencil lead that you got in the nose as well. Beautifully long finish. Its the 5 Bordaux varietals but it just says "paso robles" so I assume they barrel selected the best to blend.
