November 25, 2009 - Nose: Some dusty red fruit and hints of cassis and green bell pepper. Palate: Very soft with cherry and a light finish. Like the '04' this remains a solid QPR play at $6 on clearance. Simple but good. Extra point awarded for QPR.

May 13, 2008 - The fruit is sourced from Lake Co. (57%), Monterrey (36%) and Santa Barbara (7%). Dark color but light bodied. Simple and grapey tasting. 80 points.

March 15, 2008 - Excellent red. Very smooth and drinkable. Had it with Tenderloin after the Burgundy ran out and it still stood uo to the steak.

October 14, 2007 - Solid, but unexciting. Fruit forward and not a tannin in sight. Serve before dinner.

June 5, 2007 - My wife and a few friends had a bottle or two of this on a weekend trip and enjoyed it. We had this one with dinner and it was not at all bad. A touch tannic, some fruity overtones though nothing in particular stood out. It benefits from fifteen or twenty minutes of standing after uncorking.
