    March 7, 2016 - Velkomponert, enkel. Røde frukter, litt vanilje og tobakk. Frisk, strukturert, men litt kort.

    January 18, 2014 - Annual Riesling Tasting 2014: Raspberry, plum, oak and mulberry. Good texture, medium length - has some elegance and restraint to it. At first I thought it was a bit too up and down but it seemed to come together in the glass.

    January 5, 2013 - Dark and red fruit intermingled with pencil lead and floral notes greet you out of the glass. The mid palate is quite silky leading to a tannic finish. This is still young and would actually find this wine ageworthy contrary to earlier posts.

The aroma is quite intoxicating: billows of cedar, what stands out as classic Bordeaux; this promises more than delivers on the palate as I found it faded quicker than I might have hoped - yet pleasing berry fruit, smoke and leathery bits, decent acidity, mild tannins. Not for long keeping I fear.

    May 3, 2012 - The boquet is raisin, dried cherry, tobacco, pepper, and rustic cedar. The palate is plum, cherry, somewhat acidic on the sides of the tongue. Great with authentic french country fare.
