April 1, 2022 - Simply divine. Beautiful complexity but soft.

    January 25, 2021 - From 720mL dated 2019 02
Bright floral over ripe, fermenting cantaloupe aromas and flavors with a finish of black tea.
On the riper, sweeter side, but light and delicious with great balance

November 1, 2020 - Super smooth sake with notes of kumquat, honeydew melon and pear on the finish. Clean with a full mouth feel along with a finish that goes on and on.

September 25, 2017 - This had a subtle, yet complex bouquet of floral, honeysuckle, saline and herbal aromas. The palate was smooth, creamy and elegant with flavors of honeysuckle, melon, saline, herb and nuts.

February 24, 2017 - I bought this a year ago at Goodys. I guess I should have consumed it right away. I found it kind of florally and slightly oxidized-like. Without much sake experience, I found this had a deep carmelized, floral flavor that was a bit overwhelming for sushi or sipping. It was stored in my cellar at 55F for about one year. This was stamped 10/12 so I wonder if Goodys was sitting on it. My notes actually were very similar to Richard Jennings only I did not find it enjoyable. Served slightly chilled, as suggested on the label.
