December 27, 2023 - Straight out of the bottle, sour, one dimensional, nothing much happening. After a 3 hour decant, it started singing. The astringent sourness had disappeared and was replaced with sweet strawberries, and the tannins evolved. In a few words - decant before drinking.

November 25, 2021 - Still maturing nicelly, best bottle I’ve had of this so far.
July 31, 2021 - Klarrött vin som vi reserverade kylt med ris-och svampfyllda paprikor. Första gången vi provar druvan Xinomavro (vad vi vet efter år av omedvetet vindrickande). Gillas!
Syrliga körsbär, hög syra, örter, kanel, skogssvamp, bra sting i tanninerna. Skriver kanske mer sen om vinet öppnar upp sig mer.
July 15, 2021 - Clear red in color. Herbs, vanilla and strawberries on the nose. Medium bodied with berry character, a lot of strawberries. Very nice with stuffed peppers, kalamata and feta.
June 11, 2021 - Serve well chilled and this is a beautiful summer wine.
Edit: Opened another bottle and this was much better the second day. Really good to a light chicken dish. But around 90. But it will hold.
May 2, 2021 - Unfortunately i wasnt satisfied from this wine. Light Transparent red color almost at the edge of being called Rose. On the nose it was dead with nothing really good to offer. On the mouth it was sour and not enjoyable
