July 3, 2022 - By the glass. Finally we already know where the leftover Grenache goes from each harvest in Bodegas Muga. After remaining on its lees to gain some volume, olfactory phase is rounded up quite a bit with notes of stone fruits such as apricots and some touches of baking yeast. On the palate it is tasty and simple. Good but only as an appetizer.
Por copas. Ya sabemos a dónde va la garnacha sobrante de cada cosecha en Bodegas Muga. Después de permanecer sobre sus lías para ganar algo de volumen, la fase olfativa se redondea bastante con notas de frutas con hueso como los albaricoque y algunos toques de levadura de panadería.
