May 26, 2021 - Good QPR@30. Very nice, off dry,. Deep yellow color, touch of tannin/ bitterness from skin contact. Acidity pulls it all together. Paired great with Thai spicy eggplant and crispy tofu.

February 27, 2021 - The absolute perfect complement to chicken tikka masala. Served chilled, it has enough acid and sweetness to balance the heat and be refreshing.
