November 22, 2022 - Deep garnet color, bright ruby-pink edges. Aromas of red currant & black cherry, smoked paprika, allspice, violets & black tea. Ripe black and red berry fruit on the front palate, secondary clove and allspice, with melted stone and red florals. Polished and round with full body, lifted with moderate well-integrated acidity adding freshness on the attack. Closes with smooth medium-grained tannins, adding glycerin red fruit sweetness and baking spice notes with long length. Big and bold style with sleek finesse and fine balance.
August 22, 2022 - Fragrant violets, blackberries and chocolate. Blue and black fruits, spices. Full bodied and layered. Plenty of fruit well balanced and smooth. Integrated tannins and a long finish. Short decant, paired well with ribeye.
