June 8, 2021 - Berries and vanilla on the nose. Dark fruits, vanilla, and some building spice on the palate. Moderate tannins, medium body, medium acid, and a medium finish. Could hold up for another couple years to let the tannins settle down.

November 21, 2020 - This deep ruby wine is an approximate blend of 50% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 10% Cinsault and 10% Carignan. Pleasantly loaded with dark bramble fruits, Provençal herbs, espresso and damp earth, it is a full-bodied offering with fresh acidity, seamless alcohol (14.5%), fine-grained tannins and soft oak. Solid in the middle and finishing with medium length, this nicely balanced and well-proportioned red should be at its best over the next 2-3 years. Drink now-2023.
