  April 29, 2021 - Luftet i en times tid, men åpner seg ikke mye. På duft virker den noe varm, med preg av bær i likør. I munn er vinen derimot uhyre frisk og lett. Frukten er godt moden, men har skikkelig nerve. Vellagd vin, har sikkert godt av å få et par år på langs.

  February 7, 2021 - Surprisingly dark in color. Did not decant but I think I think the coiled state passes well for concentration. Sweet nose starts with pomegranate and cranberry stretches into lighter fresh red fruit. Later giving way to dark baking chocolate. Traces of wild, earthy green characteristics that elude my identifying them.
  
  Palate has tart juicy cranberry, some cherry. Nice punchy acidity.

  January 13, 2021 - A somewhat steely pomegranate nose. Palate starts with warm spices and caramel. Acidity is a bit high and tannins are not mellow. Maybe decanting would help, but I didn't decant.

  November 28, 2020 - Stout P-T-G for the money. P-T-G is so overlooked from great producers, and I'm ok with that. Ballin' on a budget. Sour cherry, bright red cranberry, sappy juicy Gamay component. If you like Cru BoJo, why would you look any further. Perfect cranberry sauce and ham wine. Day after Thanksgiving letovers 2020. Awesome stuff. I'm going to give the next bottle a few years to develop. Very fine P-T-G.
