November 14, 2021 - After resting for 11 years in my cellar the bottle turns out to be corked. Bummer

May 24, 2020 - Opened up 30 min after- very pleasant, well balanced wine that’s missing the tension from better vintages. Finish lasts for a while. Certainly in its prime with another decade plus of enjoyment.

April 29, 2017 - The nose showed a bit odd, with some very reductive qualities, as well as a high-toned chemical note that seemed a little odd. If I remember, this wine is pinot heavy, but the palate certainly didn't feel that way: in fact, it was quite light and showed some oxidative characteristics. I'm not sure if this was a spot-on bottle, but if it were, I'd certainly be in no rush to put more of this in my cellar.

April 29, 2017 - Strange. Almost a skin-contact floral and pollen note, with muted, mature yellow fruits. Vibrant mousse. Everything is here, but for whatever reason it really doesn't come together to leave any sort of impression; it's neither bad, good, or particularly interesting.

May 3, 2014 - Wine Tasted at Acker Auction (Marea - New York NY): Tasting. Lemon, baked apple, spice hints and toasted bread with rounded textures, moderate minerality, good acidity.
