  June 13, 2021 - Light gold in color. Full, forward & fragrant nose of ripe fruit aromas of lemons/limes & apple with overtones of floral & mineral notes, some chalkiness & a hint of grassiness in the background. Light bodied with a good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of lemons/limes & grapefruit with minerals & herbs. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present although it should continue to develop with a few more years of further aging

  March 3, 2021 - This pale yellow Sauvignon Blanc offers a crisp package of green apples, passion fruit, white peaches and wet stones. Light-bodied, unoaked, seamlessly alcoholic (14.1%) and with good mid-palate presence, it concludes with a medium-length, energetic finish. Best enjoyed in its youth, this can be served as an apéritif or paired with light fare such as sushi. Drink now-2023.

  February 9, 2021 - Sour apple candy, green veggies (some pyrazines? there’s a tart green note here—another review says elderflower, that seems right), a little sweet pineapple. Juicy with pretty good acid and concentration, this is maybe not typical Sancerre but it’s Sauv Blanc with some personality and for the $20 I paid in Wine Text sale, good qpr. Good with a Greek salad themed pizza and zaatar bread. ~6/10

  February 2, 2021 - served with fresh braised cod along an herbed yogurt sauce, the acid of the wine complemented the rich sauce and fish. very easy drinking white.

  January 30, 2021 - Pale gold. Aromas of elderflower, apples, and pear. Medium body and acidity, on the higher alcohol side. Absolutely delicious, loved it. Excellent value at $20.
