January 13, 2022 - 12.5% - Hazy, deep purple, light fizz / clean, med intensity - red & black berry fruit mixture, some reduction, balsamic reduction, eucalyptus, animal / dry, med+ refreshing acidity, med soft tannin, med to light body, med intensity and length. Always a treat with simple Italian dishes.
