October 20, 2021 - Opened in the bottle for 3-4 hours. Full bodied and a little clumsy at first. It appears to have all the elements to eventually come together (especially for the low price) but will take time. Sweet dark fruited with noticeable Syrah earthiness (especially on the nose) and cassis/anise from the Cabernet. Never my favorite blend but alway consistent in the $30 range.

September 26, 2021 - Very pleasant wine. Daily drinker. I would not give it the rating that James Suckling gave it. It's nice, but nothing amazing. You get what you pay for you. 90 pts

September 14, 2021 - berry, fruit forward but nice refinement. Ready to drink now. I don't think it will last more than 2 more years as it will fade quickly. Drink now with a big steak.

September 3, 2021 - Let sit open for two hours. Still young and a little tight, but great tannins and fruity without being a fruit bomb. Paired with Wagyu short rib with friends.
