October 23, 2020 - From what I read on the importer webpage, this is really a bdn, not a rose. Free run juice with no skin time, this has no pink to it, onion skin is a good descriptor. The flavor profile does remind one of a rose though with a bit of that light strawberry fruit. Somewhat savory, maybe it will age, but it's light enough that I imagine it would just fade rather than really change. Right now though it's enjoyable, no bitterness, great with a light fish dinner.
