February 19, 2022 - White flowers, nice acidity, good nose. Stone fruit and mineral salinity like in a salted ume plum.
*2nd night even better nice and balanced. Very nice bottle. Perfect bottle now as the almond blossoms season is in full bloom. Raised the rating on this bottle.
*7th night grapefruit has really become dominant. Still drinking good. Florals still abound.

December 8, 2021 - Floral, stone fruit. Rich juicy attack with a lightly mineral/saline finish. Delightful. After one day, still drinks great but with a slight bitterness to the finish.

July 20, 2021 - Consistently delightful wine; restrained and dry, but with a melon and green tropical fruit richness. Finish of stony minerality and melon. Yum.
