November 26, 2022 - Totally different bottle than the last one I drank 4 years ago. Much better! Same providence. This is fruity with moderately strong tannins, moderate acidity. Mostly black fruit with a bit of red. Does not taste aged. No rust here, in flavor or color. Drinking well and may hold for another 3-5 years or more.

January 13, 2018 - Medium dark red in color. Mild fruit, a bit thin compared to its stronger acidity and tannin. Not particularly enjoyable but not bad. Drinking at its peak now or just past it.

May 31, 2017 - This second bottle drunk with ribeye steak, while still tannic and darkly flavored, gave a much better showing of black and blue fruits.

May 28, 2017 - Pleasant nose. Berry, coffee, chocolate flavors. Medium body, low acid, chalky tannins. Very nice finish. At $29 from Garagiste this wine is not a terrific bargain, but certainly enjoyable.

August 22, 2015 - After a disappointing Terre Brune 2006 I served this one as compensation for my guests. Nice stuff: Ripe berries, coconut, chocolate.

If you're thinking about opening one of these, probably I'd wait one or two more years.

July 3, 2015 - From memory. Deep garnet. Pleasant nose of black fruit, forest, and dark earth. The palate is mature and concentrated, leaning more towards tannic than fruity.

December 21, 2012 - Expressive buttery caramel bouquet. Nice red & blue fruits - seems like its probably in its peak window - start popping these now. Not a brilliant QPR at around $30, but an above average one.
