Lemons, limes, honeydew and green apples, a little grassiness and good acidity. Not overly complex, but crisp and perfect with oysters and octopus ceviche. -

July 8, 2021 - 89/90: Has aromas of stone fruits, chalk, grassy hints, lemons and limes. Its refreshing crisp medium bodied nicely concentrated lightly grassy stone fruits palate has got excellent depth on its stoney fruity middle and ends longish, fresh and satisfying. 13%. Improves with 30 mins+ aeration.
