January 31, 2022 - Light intense ruby red colour with some evolution in the glass.

After 3 hours decanting, still a timid nose.
Aroma's of yeast, cherries and dried fruit.

Soft start on the palate. High acidity and tannins.
Aroma's of chocolate, ripe cherry, cedar, leather and some tomato leafs.

Wine needs to be decanted. Ageing capacity: at least 10 years
