February 20, 2022 - Light yellow. Bright aromas, floral and orchard fruit. Medium bodied, some glycerine, a tad of residual sugar. Light, crisp, pure and well balanced with a bit of herbs to leaven the yellow fruit. A delight with a variety of seafood ranging from raw to a whole simply grilled sea bass.
