August 4, 2023 - Not a lot different from the first time, last year, and the last time I wrote this up: Strawberries and crème with some anise on the finish. One of the most consistent rosés ever and one of the most consistently desirable for me. I cannot get enough of this rosé year in and year out. “The color remains stunningly pale with just a tinge of pastel pink like summer sunsets over the mountains after a rain. The spot on flavors of strawberries and cream consistently deliver pleasure. The fruit fades to mineral and anise.” My last bottle of this vintage. This hurts. 13.5% alc. With spiced shrimp, various cheeses and crusty bread. 08.04.23. Recommended.

July 8, 2023 - Summer in a bottle. Consistent strawberries and cream but with more minerality than usual and a surprise finish of ….white pepper. Yeah, some anise in there as well, but the white pepper was a pleasant addition. 13.5% alc. Without food as a run up to and while grilling burgers. 07.08.23. Recommended.

June 2, 2023 - One of the most consistent roses available .... strawberries and cream with a finish of anise. With shrimp scampi and assorted cheeses. Recommended.
