    November 11, 2022 - CBCC fall wine tasting 2022

Once again this is a pleasant white with strong aromatics of freshly cut grass, fruits of lemon rind and melon. Like past tastings its a very nice mix. while i generally don't likeI Sauvignon Blanc I liked this one.

Ready now this is a pleasant white with strong amounts of freshly cut grass, grapefruit, lemon and melon. It is a very nice mix and worth trying it if you are not a fan of SB. I liked it.

August 6, 2021 - Bottled under screwcap, this crisply acidic Sauvignon Blanc delivers a nice package of citrus, kiwi, honeydew and freshly cut grass. Pale yellow in color, light-bodied, seamlessly alcoholic (listed as 13.0%) and with good mid-palate density, it stays vibrant and flavorful throughout its lengthy finish. This is one to enjoy in its youth. Drink now-2023.

August 5, 2021 - Light, golden-yellow in color. Forward, fragrant & attractive nose of fresh citrus fruits of lemons/limes, figs & melon with overtones of floral notes of honeysuckle & lemongrass, stony/earthy, minerals & a slight hint of oak. Light-medium bodied with a good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, rich, ripe fruit flavors of lemons/limes, apples, figs & melons with lemongrass, stony & minerals. Lingering dry finish. Drinks quite well at present but could age for another year.

May 29, 2021 - Currently just under $20 at Costco. Rich underlying fruit without apparent oak, but also an unwelcome diesel note. Drinkable but would not buy again.
