  November 5, 2023 - Decent Napa Cab, not a great one. Somewhat on the fruitier side, but not overly fruity. Not very complex. The usual dark fruit flavors of Napa Cab. Medium bodied with a short finish.
  
  Decanted a glass for 30 mins on the first day. Vacuum sealed and had another glass the second day. No noticeable difference on the second day. I’d think 30min to an hour of decanting may help.
  
  There’s still some acidity left, and the tannins are noticeable but relatively smooth. So perhaps one or two years of cellaring may help to become a more integrated wine, though I doubt the complexity would change drastically with age.

  September 24, 2023 - With almost 3 years of seller time since my last review, this wine is finally starting to improve. The overt fruitiness is giving way to more complex characteristics. Still somewhat one-dimensional but definitely needed seller time. Probably a couple more years would help also.
