December 2, 2020 - Juicy, fresh, fuller body. Got some funk. Like it a lot. A different kind of wine. Would get again.

November 19, 2020 - Part of our Natural Wine Club tasting. A field blend of red and white grapes. Whole cluster fermentation in granite and final aging in mostly cement and a small percent in oak.
Beautiful pale red color. Clear without particles. The nose is primarily bright fruit with some floral notes. Some underlying citrus and slate. There is less on the palate but some suggestion of butter from the wood casks. The wine is bone dry with lots of acidity and a persistent finish. -
