January 28, 2023 - Best on day 3. Deep garnet. Leather and tobacco nose. On the palate high acidity, medium alcohol medium well integrated tannins, plums and pepper, long finish. Outstanding wine, but needs a lengthy decant before it yields much. Drinking well, probably near peak.

September 28, 2020 - They made very little of this and it's been awhile since I had it, but I thought it was amazing. In fact, every one of the very few Cab Pfeffer's I've had has been great, so it's a variety that needs expanding.
