  September 2, 2022 - Dr. Bürklin-Wolf Tasting: Very closed and austere now, but with enough time it gives a sneak peak of what it's going to be, and that is absolutely amazing. Wait at least 5 - 6 years.

  December 22, 2021 - Seems to be closed after initial tasting just 2 month ago. Over several days the acidity overwhelm the fantastical fruit and mineral first experienced. Still long and complex. Wait.

  P: More of that herbal and ioidine character, waxy, grippy texture. Full and unforgiving at the moment, but there is more to unpack here. Lots of wax on the long finish. Young - unfair to judge this now.

  June 4, 2021 - Dry. Smokey, quite strict, serious and vertical, dense and closed as of yet. Will be great in 5 years, I think.
